Yoga When You're Sick?

So for the past couple of weeks everyone at work has one by one been catching a bug that's going around, and unfortunately today I fell victim to it. Luckily it was my day off so I was able to drink lots of fluids and rest, but I also felt like my body needed an extra pick-me-up. I decided to look into a yoga sequence specifically for when you're feeling sick and I found one! I actually love all of Yoga with Adriene's videos so I was happy to see that one of hers was the top pick. I'm posting the video in case you or anyone you know wants to give it a try. I decided to do it right before I was going to settle into bed and my body does feel a lot better.
